You did an amazing job not only with the light/shadow, but with the colours and blending in general. The guy has a creepy/angry look to him that is hard to convey in a drawing. Kudos!

'Brilliant lighting and shadow. The eyes particularly look so true to the real thing; reflective and translucent. Extremely cool.

Did you draw this based on a photo reference or from looking at them and drawing them while they sat?

I worked from a photo. None of them had the patience to just sit still. ^^;

The texture and quality of the skin here is... absolutely amazing. It's like you could reach out and touch the skin. The use of shadows and light, with the composition, is just perfect. I can't beleive how realistic it is. People would pay for portraits like this! XD

I really like the vibrancy and depth of the colors in this piece. I love it when someone's not afraid to really use and press down with the colored pencil to gain this sort of color intensity. Bravo! :D

Nice work, great deep skintone you obviously spent a lot of time building it up. Prismacolor pencils are great I just got some recently and find them a pleasure to use.

If you don't mind me asking, which colors do you use for skintones? I can never figure out which ones to use to make skin look real.

I like your composition and use of contrast in this. Makes it very powerful. :)
